China's Coke Output Expected to be 450 Million Metric Tons in 2012
BEIJING--February 6, 2012--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--Driven by steel production, the output of coke in China largely increased in 2011. Following the slowdown of growth in crude steel, the rising cost in coking coal and the increasing deficit in coking enterprises, it's expected that China's coke output will be reduced by about 5% to about 450 million metric tons (MMT) in 2012.
