OWNER is defining Project Scope for FCCU Upgrade & Vacuum Unit Expansion as-part-of Refinery Modernization. DETAILS: Enhance existing 9,200 m3/d FCCU by replacing 3rd-Stage Cyclones plus Increase capacity of 32,000 m3/d Vacuum Unit to 35,000 m3/d by replacing (4) Heaters & debottleneck Vacuum Tower. REQUIRES: Cyclones, Refractory, Steam Piping, Heaters, Tube Lines, Indicators/Controllers, Refractory, Heat Exchangers, Feed Pumps, Controls (DCS). ENVIRONMENTAL: (A) Emission Monitors; Low NOx Burners. |
