OWNER performs Owner Review of Issue for G-R Mineral Sand and Processing Plant. DETAILS: Construct Mine and Processing Plant to produce, 300,000 MT/yr, Ilmenite, 75,000 MT/yr Rutile, 37,000 MT/yr Zircon, and construct 10-14MW N/G-Fired Power plant plant. REQUIRES: Buildings, Silos, Magnetic Separator, Concentrator, Rotary Drier, 10MW N/G-Fired Turb/Gen, Condensers, Screen, Grinders, Stackers, Compressor (Gas & Air), Filters, Hoppers plus PLC's. ENVIRONMENTAL:(A) Dust Collect, (L) Liners; (W) Wastewater Treatment. |
