REQUIRES: Site Preparation, Foundations, Buildings, Piping, Manifolds, Header Modifications, Lube Oil System, Fans, Control Valves, Metering, SCADA, Switchgear, Transformer plus Controls. ENVIRONMENTAL: (A) CEMS/Leak Detection; (L) Containment.
Schedule
OWNER continues with Preliminary Engineering, Environmental Study and expects to receive final FERC Certificate 3Q02 (Sep. 15). Upon Approvals, OWNER releases Equipment RFQ's and Bid Documents 3Q02 (Aug). Proposed Construction Kick-Off 4Q02 (Oct). Completion 2Q03.
