Mexico's Sugar Industry Plans 570 Megawatts of New Electrical Generating Capacity

SUGAR LAND--August 1, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The sugar industry in Mexico is expanding and investing in additional electrical generating capacity. Industrial Info has identified more than $750 million in project spending plans that are tied to the installation of 35 new steam turbine generators. The combined total of the proposed units comes out to just more than 570 megawatts (MW).
