North America Construction Starts Showed Growth in 2014
SUGAR LAND--January 28, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--According to Industrial Info's North American Spending Index, industrial construction starts in the U.S., Canada and Mexico ended on a positive note. Across the three countries, approximately 8,100 capital and maintenance projects spanning the 12 industrial sectors covered by Industrial Info kicked off in 2014. The projects had a combined total investment value of more than $289.8 billion, representing a 27% increase in value and an 11% increase in the number of projects from 2013.
