SUGAR LAND--November 23, 2015--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The U.S. Mid-Atlantic region is slated to take a step back in project spending in first-quarter 2016, with slightly more than half of the total investment value (TIV) that was projected at the beginning of this quarter.
