Brazil's Gurupi Gold Mine to Start Production in 2013
CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--February 6, 2012--Researched by Industrial Info Resources Latin America (Cordoba, Argentina)--Jaguar Mining Incorporated (NYSE:JAG) (Concord, New Hampshire), through its Brazilian subsidiary Mineracao Serras do Oeste Limitada (Belo Horizonte, Brazil), recently received the installation license that allows the company to begin the construction of the Gurupi gold mine project. Gurupi is located in northern Brazil, in the city of Centro Novo, in Maranhao state. The project has an estimated total investment value of about $278 million.
