| Owner/E&C Project Responsibilities |

The Owner/E&C Project Responsibilities section identifies the plant owner, plant name along with IIR's unique Plant ID number and a Plant Activity index which identifies the number of previously reported projects at that plant. The Production Unit name is also referenced when available. IIR's PEC Zone is also provided along with the plant county, and physical address. In addition to the primary Owner Contact, IIR International PEC Report® provides two additional key project contacts when available that are identified by one of fourteen project responsibilities, such as the Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, General Contractor, Subcontractor or Site Representative.
Owner: Each International PEC Report® released by IIR will include the project/plant Owner name, address and phone number along with the primary project contact, associated title and email address when available.
Plant: Provided here is the plant name, as the Plant Owner refers to it including a unique seven (7) digit identification number exclusive to IIR that links the IIR's Plant, Company and PEC databases. The plant activity list the number of PEC Reports® reported historically by IIR for the Plant. The Unit Name (when available) references the Owner's name of the Production Unit in which the project is associated to. Each PEC Report® provides the plants PEC Zone, which is based on natural sales territories, dominant metropolitan statistical areas, dominant plant populations, sales distribution patterns and count boundaries. Also provided in this section is the plant physical address, City, State, and Zip Code (when available), along with the County and the plant telephone number or Owner's primary number if the project is reported as a grassroot plant.
Project Responsibility: IIR requires at least one primary contact for each International PEC Report®. This contact will always be the project owner. When available, two additional key project contacts will be provided and identified by one of IIR's fourteen Project Responsibilities. Each Project Responsibility identifies the type of agreement or contract arrangement between the project/plant owner and the contractor who will provide services, material or equipment for the project.
