SUGAR LAND--July 14, 2009--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Valero Renewable Fuels (Welcome, Minnesota) a subsidiary of Valero Energy Company (NYSE:VLO) (San Antonio, Texas) has resumed ethanol production and is grinding corn at the plant in Welcome. Valero acquired the plant from VeraSun Energy Corporation (OTC:VSUNQ) (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), along with six other plants earlier this year.
