BEIJING--April 2, 2012--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--The environmental impact assessment (EIA) report for Jidong Cement Heilongjiang Company Limited's (Harbin, Heilongjiang) 7,200-ton-per-day clinker and cement manufacturing line was submitted to and accepted by the Ministry of Environment Protection (MEP) on March 16. The project also includes a waste-heat power plant.
