SUGAR LAND--November 29, 2012--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--A shuttered Maine biomass power plant last owned by the now-bankrupt Gallop Power Greenville LLC (Greenville, Maine), a subsidiary of Tang Energy Group (Dallas, Texas), may be getting a new owner and could resume operations by the first quarter of 2013. Connecticut-based New Leaf Energy was launched to offer customers 100% renewable and pollution-free energy. The Greenville plant will be the company's first major acquisition into the biomass energy market.
