The complex will serve as a one-stop solutions center that provides a cost-effective and integrated suite of utility services to industries that are setting up in Tembusu. The developer is Tuas Power (Singapore), which is a subsidiary of Huaneng Power (NYSE:HNP) (Beijing, China).
