SUGAR LAND--March 26, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The 30-megawatt (MW), natural gas-fired Fredericktown Energy Center in Fredericktown, Missouri, was completed in the fall of 2013, but has yet to produce a single megawatt. The plant has not been granted permission to generate electricity for the grid. The plant owner, Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission (Columbia, Missouri), is dealing with interconnection issues.
