Turkey's Sabanci Plans $250 Million Investment in Industry Group, Partners With Marubeni
ISTANBUL--March 25, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Turkey's Sabanci Holding, which has interests in energy, banking and industry, plans to invest $250 million in its industry group in 2014, according to industry group head Mehmet Pekarun. He said that Sabanci's investments in its industry group totaled $200 million in 2013. Pekarun said that the industry group plans to increase its sales 18% to $2.9 billion in 2014, which may amount to only single-digit growth due to currency rate increases.
