BEIJING--April 16, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction Company (ZTPC) (Hangzhou, Zhejiang) kicked off the concrete foundation placement for the boiler of Unit 4 at SDIC Qinzhou Power Generation Company Limited's (Qinzhou, Guangxi) 2,000-megawatt (MW) expansion project at the Qinzhou Power Plant on April 9.
