South Africa's Cullinan Mine Yields Another Mega-Diamond
JOHANNESBURG--September 16, 2014--Written by Richard Finlayson, Senior International Editor for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The Cullinan diamond mine, situated between Johannesburg and Pretoria in South Africa, has produced another mega-stone. Mine owner Petra Diamonds (LSE:PDL.L) (St Helier, Channel Islands) said the 232-carat stone was of "exceptional size and clarity, and is a magnificent example of large, high-quality diamonds for which the mine is known."
