India's Wind Energy Capacity to Double in 5 Years, Says GWEC
DELHI--November 13, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources India (Delhi, India)--India's wind-power generation capacity could double to almost 50 gigawatts (GW) by the end of this decade, said Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) in a recent report. Through effective implementation of existing policies, India could establish about 29 GW of wind power capacity by the end of next year.
