SUGAR LAND--November 24, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--NorthWestern Energy (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) has purchased 11 of PPL Montana's (Billings, Montana) hydroelectric facilities for $900 million. NorthWestern Energy will operate the plants, which have a combined generating capacity of 633 megawatts and comprise 22 units.
