SUGAR LAND--March 2, 2015--Written by John Egan for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Following President Obama's veto February 24 of a bill authorizing the start of construction for the Keystone XL Pipeline, congressional Republicans vowed to continue efforts to legislatively mandate the construction of the controversial $8 billion, 1,179-mile crude-oil pipeline project.
