Fraser Institute: Finland is World's Most Mining-Friendly Place

JOHANNESBURG--March 6, 2015--Written by Richard Finlayson, Senior International Editor for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Finland was the most attractive place for mining investments in 2014, according to a new survey by a Canadian public policy research group. The Fraser Institute (Vancouver, British Columbia) reported that with an overall score of 83.8, Finland moved up three positions to take the top spot.
