ENEL Green Power Starts Construction on Three PV Solar Plants in South Africa
JOHANNESBURG--March 27, 2015--Written by Richard Finlayson, Senior International Editor for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Enel Green Power (EGP) (LSE:ONVEL.L) (Rome, Italy) has started the construction of three solar photovoltaic (PV) plants in South Africa. The power generated from the plants will be sold to national power utility Eskom under a supply agreement awarded in the third phase of the country's Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Program (REIPPPP).
