China's Power Consumption Rises 1.1% in First Five Months of 2015

BEIJING--June 23, 2015--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--China consumed 2.19 trillion kilowatt-hours (kWh) of power during the first five months of 2015, a 1.1% increase over the same period in 2014, according to the China Electricity Council. For just the month of May, China's use of electricity reached 456.7 billion kWh.
