SUGAR LAND--November 20, 2015--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The U.S. West Coast region is expected to see a slight uptick in project kickoffs in first-quarter 2016, according to Industrial Info's project database, with $12.77 billion worth currently set to begin construction.
