SUGAR LAND--July 27, 2016--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Construction of the 980-megawatt (MW) St. Charles combined-cycle power station in Louisiana is under way. The project, which is owned by Entergy Corporation (NYSE:ETR) (New Orleans, Louisiana), awarded CB&I Incorporated (NYSE:CBI) (The Hague, Netherlands) the general contract for the project, which is located adjacent to the site of Entergy's existing Little Gypsy power station. CB&I will be responsible for hiring sub-contracts through the duration the project.
