Three Cedars Solar Power Plant in Utah Begins Commercial Operation
SUGAR LAND--November 10, 2016--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The 265-megawatt (MW) Three Cedars solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant, which is located in Cedar City, Utah, achieved commercial operation last month following its completion by Dominion Resources Incorporated (NYSE:D) (Richmond, Virginia) and SunEdison (Maryland Heights, Missouri). Dominion, which owns a majority interest in the project, engaged Mortenson Construction as the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm to design and build the solar farm.
