Huntsman-Clariant Merger Combines More Than $1 Billion in Project Activity
SUGAR LAND--May 23, 2017--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Specialty chemicals companies Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN) (The Woodlands, Texas) and Clariant AG (Muttenz, Switzerland) announced Monday that they would be combining in an all-stock "merger of equals."
