Employee Count: Total number of employees who are located at the plant site. All employees regardless of position or function are included in the total employee count.
Start-up: Year the Plant officially came online and started to produce or manufacture product.
Union/Non-Union Plant Status: Applies to Industrial or Trade Unions exclusive of any professional unions.
Plant Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code: The standard U.S. Government four (4) digit code of the primary product produced or manufactured at the plant based on units, volume or the appropriate unit of measure applicable to the end product and type of Industry.
SIC Products: Combination of an eight digit code comprised of the four (4) digit SIC Code plus IIR's established four (4) digit Product Code which identifies a specific product type within the SIC group. Multiple products may be listed as derivatives of the same SIC Code.
Primary Fuel Type: Main fuel consumed by the Plant to maintain normal daily plant operations.
Secondary Fuel Type: Applies when a plant uses multiple or at least two fuel types with the secondary being secondary in consumption to the prime fuel.
