KIA Supplier Begins Site Preparation on $30 Million Automotive Stamping Plant in Georgia
SUGAR LAND--June 25, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Korean automotive supplier Dongwon Autopart Technology, a subsidiary of Dongwon Metal Company Limited (SEO:018500) (Gyeongsan, Gyeonsanbuk), has started site preparation for a $30 million automotive stamping plant in Hogansville, Georgia, that will serve the KIA Motors manufacturing plant under construction in West Point, Georgia. Site preparation began this month with construction anticipated in July on a 150,000-square-foot building. Overall completion is expected by the end of the year.
