SUGAR LAND--July 22, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Tropical Storm Dolly could be the first major weather event generated in the Gulf of Mexico to potentially disrupt industrial plant operations since the hurricane season began early last month.
