Abengoa Bioenergy's San Roque Biodiesel Plant to Start Operation by the End of 2008
CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--August 25, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The construction of Abengoa Bioenergy Corporation's biodiesel plant in the town of San Roque in the Cadiz province of southwest Spain will be completed by the end of the year. Abengoa Bioenergy is a subsidiary of Abengoa S.A. (MCE:ABG) (Seville, Spain). The biodiesel production capacity will be 200,000 tons per year, and the production capacity of glycerine, a byproduct of the process, will be 20,000 tons per year.
