Dongfang Electric to Supply 660-Megawatt Power Units to India
BEIJING--November 24, 2009--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Dongfang Electric Corporation Limited (DEC Limited) (Chengdu, China) (SHA:600875), the listed flagship of Dongfang Electric Corporation (DEC) (Chengdu), signed a contract with Lanco Infratech Limited (Hyderabad, India), a subsidiary of Lanco Group (Haryana, India) to supply six 660-megawatt (MW) ultra-supercritical power units, including boilers, for three Indian coal-fired power projects in Chengdu on November 17, 2009, DEC announced.
