SUGAR LAND--April 24, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Flambeau River Papers LLC and its biofuel subsidiary Flambeau River Biorefinery LLC are disappointed in being snubbed by the Department of Energy for grant funding of their cellulosic ethanol plant but plan to keep moving forward. Owners of the development are "Obviously, disappointed," said Bob Byrne, President and Chief Operating Officer of Flambeau River Papers. He said he believes that the project is still important and that "We are going to proceed."
