Geothermal Power Heating Up in Utah

Raser Technologies, Inc.(NYSE:RZ) (Provo, Utah) is preparing to build another geothermal power plant in the southwestern desert area of Utah near the town of Minersville. The 10-megawatt (MW) power facility's construction, which will begin this month, is expected to take only six months to complete because it will use a modular binary cycle design created by United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX) (Hartford, Connecticut).
