SUGAR LAND--May 14, 2008--Reported by Annette Kreuger, Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The University of California, San Francisco, held a formal groundbreaking on May 7, 2008, for its $254 million Cardiovascular Research Institute (CVRI). In addition to biomedical research laboratories, the building will also house an outpatient clinic, a collaborative strategy that will bring together research scientists and physicians.
