SUGAR LAND--July 7, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Great River Energy (Elk River, Minnesota) has started site preparation on a $90 million, 175-megawatt (MW) expansion project at the Elk River Generation Station.
