SUGAR LAND--November 18, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Toba Montrose General Partnership, a joint venture of Plutonic Power Corporation (TSX:PCC) (Vancouver, British Columbia) and GE Financial Services, a division of General Electric (NYSE:GE) (Fairfield, Connecticut), has started construction of the 123-megawatt (MW) East Toba and 73-MW Montrose Creek hydropower stations in southwestern British Columbia.
