SUGAR LAND--December 29, 2008--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Industrial companies are evaluating more than 1,000 projects scheduled to begin construction in 2009 in the U.S. Southwest market region, which includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
