Construction began in early spring at the 57-acre site at the Southern California Logistics Airport, and production lines are being installed. Valued at $120 million, the project involves the construction of an 850,000-square-foot building, including a 550,000-square-foot warehouse and a 270,000-square-foot manufacturing area with five production lines. Among the five lines to be installed, two have been relocated from the company's manufacturing plant in Los Angeles, California. Dr Pepper selected The Benham Companies (St. Louis, Missouri) to provide engineering and construction management for the project. Processing and packaging equipment are being provided and installed by Process Automation Incorporated (Hurst, Texas) and Sentry Equipment Erectors Incorporated (Forest, Virginia). Siemens Water Technologies (Warrendale, Pennsylvania) was retained to provide a process water system, and Cleaver-Brooks Incorporated (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) will supply all three boilers.

Upon completion, the Victoriaville facility will produce as many as 40 million cases of a wide range of beverages each year, including soft drinks, juices, ready-to-drink teas, energy drinks and other premium beverages.
