SUGAR LAND--December 2, 2009--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Planned Industrial project construction starts for 2010 in the U.S. total almost 4,700. These major capital and maintenance projects represent a total investment value (TIV) of $285 billion. While a big number, this represents an 8.6% reduction in TIV compared to the beginning of 2009, when $318 billion in projects were planned.
