Stora Enso Plans Maintenance Shutdown for Paper Mill in Poland

CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--September 9, 2010--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Swedish-Finnish company Stora Enso (HEL:STERV) (Helsinki, Finland) has scheduled an annual maintenance program for its pulp, paper and paperboard mill in Ostroleka, Poland, for January 2011. At an estimated cost of 2 million euros ($2.55 million), the shutdown is expected to begin during the first days of January and last two weeks. Industrial contractors and suppliers will be hired to carry out maintenance, repair and inspection work. These services will be opened for bidding in November 2010.
