Tianshan Cement to Invest $670 Million in Eight Dry-Process Cement Production Lines in Xinjiang

BEIJING, CHINA--September 30, 2010--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Following the kick-off of two 4,000-ton-per-day cement production lines in Kashi and Yecheng and a 4,500-ton-per-day cement production line in the Chabu Chaer County of the Yili prefecture, Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Company Limited (SZ:000877) (Tianshan Cement) (Urumqi, Xinjiang), the regional subsidiary of China National Materials Company Limited (HKSE:01893) (Sinoma Limited) (Beijing) in the Xinjiang autonomous region, is planning to invest $670 million for another eight dry-process cement production lines in Urumqi, Hami, Turpan, Fuyun, Emin, Hejing and Kuche in the Xinjiang region, the Board of Tianshan Cement announced on September 16, 2010.
