Steel Authority of India and Kobe Steel Form Comprehensive Strategic Collaboration

BANGALORE, INDIA--December 7, 2010--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Following a study undertaken by India's state-controlled Steel Authority of India Limited (BSE:500113) (SAIL) (New Delhi) and Japan's Kobe Steel Limited (TYO:5406) (Kobe, Japan) about the potential possibilities of the use of the latter's steel manufacturing process in India, the two companies have now signed a memorandum of understanding for a comprehensive strategic collaboration.
