Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary: Assist in computing, classifying, posting, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete. Analyze financial information and assist with preparation of financial reports. Candidates must be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship from IIR, and must be currently enrolled in school in the greater Houston area, in our Sugar Land, TX location. 

Essential Functions Statement
•Enter data into the Accounts Payable systems 
•File, scan and attach documents.
•Prepare and balance period-end reports
•Coding AP invoices

Job Qualifications:
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education
: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
Experience: 1-3 years in an accounting or similar role
Computer Skills: 10-Key, Excel, Word, ability to learn new programs and software quickly
