SUGAR LAND--October 7, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Oklahoma's Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) (Vinita, Oklahoma) has signed power purchase agreements (PPA) for three wind power projects.
