SUGAR LAND--October 16, 2018--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--In its latest Short Term Energy Outlook (STEO), released on October 10, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) forecasts that U.S. crude oil production in 2018 will average 10.7 million barrels per day (BBL/d) and increase to 11.8 million BBL/d in 2019. Dry natural gas production is forecast to hit a record high of 82.7 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) on average this year, rising in 2019 to an average of 87.7 Bcf/d.
