AISI: U.S.-based Steel Mill Production Up 3% for 2019 Through May
SUGAR LAND--July 15, 2019--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Steel mills in the U.S. shipped 40.5 million net tons during the first five months of 2019, a 3% increase from the 39.3 million net tons shipped during the same period of 2018, the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) reported last week.
