The Development and Reform Commission of China's Henan province officially issued the notice on the development plan for 175 distributed wind power projects with a total capcity of 4,537 megawatts. Industrial is tracking 185 capital distributed wind projects worth $5 billion in China, with Henan province taking the lead.
