Arizona doesn't necessarily jump to mind as a hot bed of life sciences capital activity. Nevertheless, the state has 29 active project reports with a potential investment value of $1.26 billion. Click here for a list.
While the majority of these projects are sourced out of the institutional sector (i.e. universities), there are also those from the commercial end. One such project is W L Gore and Associates Incorporated's potential plan to invest $180 million to construct a new biomedical device campus in Phoenix at a site near Dove Valley Parkway.
