PBF Toledo Refining Company on September 17, shut down the 80,000-BBL/d Crude 3 (Sweet) unit at its 160,000-BBL/d Toledo, Ohio, refinery, after a restart attempt on September 15. The plant was shut down on September 13 due to a power outage.
